If ESCO is backordered on a title, expedited shipping cannot be selected for the order. All of the books on your order MUST be available at our Tempe location to expedite your shipment.

Books shipped from the ESCO headquarters in Tempe,AZ will arrive within 2 - 5 business days. Books that are indicated as SHIPPING FROM AN ALTERNATE WAREHOUSE do not qualify for expedited shipping. Please allow up to 10 business days for ESCO to process items shipping from an alternate warehouse.

ESCO does not anticipate any backorders. In the case that a book is backordered, the book will ship to your home within 10 business days at ESCOs expense.

If, however, a title is unavailable due to a publisher printing shortage, the book will ship as soon as stock becomes available. Your school administration will be notified of all publisher delays.

Check your packing slip. If an item is marked SHIPPING SEPARATELY the book is shipping from an alternate warehouse. Books shipping from an alternate warehouse may take up to 7-10 additional days to process. We offer Used books whenever possible. If a Used book is currently in stock, it will appear on your screen. We obtain Used books through our buyback program. The used book supply may vary as the school year progresses. Order your books early for more used book options.
