Web passwords allow access to publisher websites where additional information or materials reside regarding the subject matter of your text. Such material may include chapter reviews, quizzes and study aids.

* Web passwords are normally packaged with a textbook and are printed on a small piece of paper either inside the text, or stuck to the outside of the text under the shrink wrap.
* Web passwords accompany New texts only. Used copies will not have a valid web password.
* A web password may or may not be required for your course, depending upon the preference of your instructor. If you are unsure whether or not a web password is required for your course you may want to contact your school or instructor before ordering.

We have 3 main filters for new registrations:

1. You cannot have the same login name as another customer. Please verify that your login is not being used by another user.

2. A user cannot use the same email address on 2 or more accounts. If you have 2 or more students attending the same school, you may order the books on the same account. Otherwise, you will have to choose a different email address for the other accounts.

3. You cannot use abnormal characters in your user name. Username must be between 5-20 characters long and can contain these characters (0-9 and a-zA-Z and _)
